Our Saffron is classified as Grade A according to international grading scales, meaning it is amongst the strongest for colour and flavour. We test each batch after harvest in order to maintain our standard and always deliver you the best.

The colour of saffron is due to plant based compounds called polyphenols, which are beneficial to our gut bacteria.

Saffron contains antioxidants and chemicals which have been shown to contribute to mood enhancement.

It is a delicious spice in both sweet and savoury dishes, as well as beverages (hot and cold).
